"If the leadership is strong, the lid is high." Campers and Staff will NEVER rise above the tone I set. My attitude, work ethic, personal relationship with God, interpersonal communication, and so many other areas are setting the bar for people who are following me. This principle is also summed up in the Biblical teaching: a student is never above his teaching.
