employees seek work life balance

Many Americans who work full time are trying to find ways to develop a healthy rhythm in their lives that provides adequate time for both their jobs and their personal lives. According to a report by FedEx, 49 percent of workers want to use all their vacation time. Others are seeking to organize their workday better by prioritizing projects (44 percent), and making weekly to-do lists (42 percent). And many want to keep their work schedule in check, reporting that they plan to work more reasonable hours (41 percent), and take lunch breaks (36 percent).
